Position 1: Operations Controller
Location: Hawassa and Zebidar Plant
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Management, or Manufacturing Operations
Experience: - 5 years (BA) or 2 years (Master’s) proven experience in operations management or a similar role
Position 2: Finance Business Partner
Location: Zebidar Plant
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Business Management
- ACCA, CPA, CMA, or CA certification is highly preferred
Experience: - Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in Finance, Business Control, or Audit roles
Position 3: Logistics Operation Manager
Location: Addis Ababa
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Purchasing, Business Administration, Accounting, or Manufacturing Engineering
Experience: - Minimum 10 years of experience in logistics and supply chain, preferably in FMCG or multinational environments
Position 4: Business Relationship Manager
Location: Addis Ababa
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
Experience: - Minimum 8 years relevant experience, including 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
