Open Positions
1. Admin Assistant – Sebeta
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1 to 4 years of experience supporting executives, preferably in business organizations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and social media platforms
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
- Fluent in Amharic, Afan Oromo, and English; French is a plus
Location: Sebeta
2. Plant Director – Zebidar Plant (Gubre)
Qualifications:
- BSc in Industrial, Manufacturing, Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, or Food Processing Engineering
- Master’s degree preferred
- 10–12 years of progressive experience in FMCG/manufacturing, including 5 years in senior leadership with P&L accountability
- Strong knowledge of production strategy, workforce management, budgeting, and operational excellence
- Proven experience in business planning, change management, and multi-disciplinary leadership
- Ability to set strategic direction and deliver high-performance results
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong project management and analytical abilities
Location: Gubre
3. Method Officer – Addis Ababa
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Solid understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
- Proficiency in CAD software and interpretation of technical documentation
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and communication skills
- Basic English proficiency and computer literacy
