POSITION 1: RISK MANAGEMENT OFFICER I
Berhan Insurance S.C. is looking for a qualified and experienced Risk Management Officer I to support the company’s risk management activities.
Qualifications
- Diploma, BA, or BSc in Materials Management, Procurement & Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Economics, Finance, or related fields.
- 2+ years of relevant experience for BA/BSc holders.
- 5+ years of relevant experience for Diploma holders.
Duty Station: Head Office, Addis Ababa
POSITION 2: JUNIOR UNDERWRITING OFFICER
The Junior Underwriting Officer will support insurance underwriting activities, risk assessment, and related insurance operations.
Qualifications
- BA/BSc in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Teaching experience may be considered relevant.
Duty Station: Adama Branch
POSITION 3: CONTENT & GRAPHICS OFFICER II
Berhan Insurance is seeking a creative and experienced Content & Graphics Officer II to support digital communication, branding, social media, and print content development.
Qualifications
- BA or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience for degree holders.
- 5+ years of experience for Diploma holders.
Required Skills
- Adobe Photoshop and related design software
- Digital, social media, and print content creation
- Familiarity with UI/UX
- Generative AI tools
- Video editing
Duty Station: Head Office, Addis Ababa
POSITION 4: BRANCH MANAGER I
The Branch Manager I will oversee branch operations, business development, customer relationships, and effective insurance service delivery.
Qualifications
- BA/BSc/MA/MSc/MBA in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in insurance operations.
- At least 3 years of experience in senior positions.
Duty Station: Bahir Dar Branch
POSITION 5: UNDERWRITING SUPERVISOR – LIFE INSURANCE
The Underwriting Supervisor – Life Insurance will oversee life insurance underwriting activities and support effective risk assessment and underwriting operations.
Qualifications
- BA/BSc/MA/MSc/MBA in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 7 years of experience as an underwriter.
Duty Station: Head Office, Addis Ababa
