Position 1: Senior Application Administrator

Responsibilities:

Oversee development, deployment, and maintenance of business-critical applications

Lead systems analysis, application configuration, and implementation

Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize insurance-related digital workflows

Maintain high-level security, system integrity, and performance tuning

Stay updated on emerging technologies and programming trends
What You Need:

Education: MSc/BSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems or related field

Experience: 5+ years in application development & administration

Skills:
-
Proficiency in modern programming languages and database management

Deep understanding of functional domains in financial/insurance systems

Excellent problem-solving and system architecture skills

Position 2: Branch Manager

Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day branch operations and staff management

What You Need:

Education: BA/BSc in Economics, Management, Accounting, Statistics, or related field

Experience: 6+ years relevant work experience, including 2 years in a senior leadership role
