Available Positions
1. Real Estate Agent
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Marketing, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, or Management
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in civil engineering, construction technology, or management
- Familiarity with real estate terminology and local property market is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital platforms for client management
- Ability to leverage social media and online tools for marketing and lead generation

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed targets
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools

2. Cashier Accountant
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in cashier and/or accounting roles
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Peachtree, QuickBooks, or ERP)
- High integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail
