About Beijing Institute of Technology CSC Scholarship 2026
Applications are now open for the Beijing Institute of Technology CSC Scholarship 2026 for international students. This fully funded scholarship allows students from all countries to pursue Master’s and PhD degrees in China without IELTS in many cases.
Beijing Institute of Technology is one of China’s top-ranked universities, offering a wide range of programs across engineering, science, and technology. The Chinese Government Scholarship (CSC) supports thousands of international students each year, making China one of the leading destinations for higher education.
BIT hosts over 1,200 international students and offers degrees in more than 140 Master’s programs and over 60 PhD fields.

Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a non-Chinese citizen in good health
- Must not be currently enrolled in a Chinese university
- Applicants must not be applying for language-only programs
- Master’s applicants must be under 35 years old with a Bachelor’s degree
- PhD applicants must be under 40 years old with a Master’s degree
- Applicants who previously studied in China must have graduated at least one year ago

How to Apply
Step 1: Online Registration
Apply through the BIT application portal and register on the CSC website. Select Program Type B and use BIT Agency Number: 10007.
Step 2: Material Review
Submit required documents. Shortlisted candidates will be asked to pay an application fee of 600 CNY.
Step 3: Comprehensive Review
Qualified applicants will be invited for an interview. Details will be sent via email.
Step 4: Academic Review
Candidates who pass the interview will undergo academic and final evaluations.
Step 5: Pre-admission
Successful applicants will receive a pre-admission notice.
Step 6: Final Result
Final results will be announced via email after CSC approval, usually around July 2026.
