Position: Bank Trainee (Information)
Are you a fresh graduate passionate about IT and banking innovation? Tsedey Bank is looking for energetic and talented individuals to join its growing team as Bank Trainees in the Information field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the bank’s information systems operations and support.
- Assist in managing IT infrastructure, system security, and user support.
- Engage in digital transformation initiatives within the bank.
- Learn and contribute to system upgrades, troubleshooting, and IT service management.
(Detailed tasks will be assigned upon hiring.)
What You Need to Succeed:
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Information Science, or related fields.
Experience
- No prior work experience required (fresh graduates encouraged).
Additional Requirements
- Minimum CGPA of 3.5 and above.
- Pass in the National Exit Exam.
- Graduation Year: 2024 or 2025.
- Age: Not more than 25 years.
