Available Positions
1. Foreclosure Officer
Education Requirements
LLM or LLB Degree in Law
Experience Requirement
Minimum 4–6 years of relevant legal experience, including:
• At least 3 years of experience in the banking sector
Key Responsibilities
The Foreclosure Officer will:
• Handle complex legal matters and court proceedings
• Manage cases related to loan defaults and debt litigation
• Handle criminal and tribunal cases related to banking operations
• Identify emerging trends related to loan default risks that may affect the bank

Addis Ababa
2. Surveillance Officer
Education Requirements
BA Degree or Diploma in Social Science or related fields
Additional Requirement:
Certification in Police Science is mandatory.
Experience Requirement
Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience
Experience in the banking industry is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
The Surveillance Officer will:
• Identify and track attachable properties of loan defaulters
• Support legal actions related to foreclosure and debt recovery
• Assist in investigations related to debt litigation and criminal cases
• Support the department in recovering bank assets from liable persons
