Internship Position – Fresh Graduate Intake 2025

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Development Studies, Business Studies, or related fields
- Zero (0) years of experience — Candidates with experience will not be eligible for screening
- Strong English communication and writing skills
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Canva, PowerPoint, Excel, and experience with dashboard design
- Basic knowledge in Geospatial Mapping is an advantage
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced consultancy environment
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare compelling Expressions of Interest (EOIs) to achieve a high shortlisting rate
- Conduct rigorous literature reviews to support advanced development solutions
- Assist in workshops, trainings, and event facilitation for internal and client-facing activities
- Create and format cutting-edge presentations and visual templates
- Support proposal development through data collection and hypothesis testing
- Contribute to digital transformation efforts including automation of project management tools and consultant databases
- Play a pivotal role in BAN-DRCE’s efforts toward thought leadership and research excellence
