Position: Data Encoder
Educational Qualification & Experience
- Diploma or BA degree in Information Technology, Accounting, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience for Diploma holders or 2+ years of experience for Degree holders.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and general computer applications.
- Strong communication skills.
- Prior experience in a construction company is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately encode data into company databases in a timely and error-free manner.
- Verify and cross-check data against source documents.
- Maintain and update company files and digital records.
- Perform data entry tasks such as creating, updating, and removing records.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Identify and report data discrepancies or system issues.
- Follow company data security and confidentiality policies.
- Assist in developing standardized data entry procedures.
- Manage multiple data entry tasks and meet strict deadlines.
- Provide prompt responses to data-related inquiries.
