Qualification
• Advanced Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or related field
Work Experience
• 0–1 year of relevant HR or administrative experience
Required Skills
• Basic understanding of labor law and HR practices
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• High level of professionalism and attention to detail
Salary
13,900 ETB gross plus additional benefits

Position 2: Senior Marketer
Qualification
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related field from a recognized university
Work Experience
• Minimum 3–5 years of progressive experience in marketing
