Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Experience
- 1–3 years of relevant HR experience
Key Skills & Competencies
- Basic knowledge of Ethiopian labor laws and HR best practices
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Position 2: HR Assistant
Educational Qualification
- Advanced Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience
- 1–3 years of HR or administrative experience
Key Skills & Competencies
- Basic understanding of labor law and HR procedures
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and basic HR systems
- Ability to work independently and within a team

Position 3: Legal & Compliance Officer
Educational Qualification
- LLB Degree from a recognized university
- Exit exam passed
Experience
- 0–3 years of relevant experience (internship experience accepted)
Key Skills & Competencies
- Basic knowledge of corporate law, labor law, and regulatory compliance
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and document management tools
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility

Position 4: Senior Marketer (Digital & Retail Focus)
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- MBA holders with relevant experience are encouraged to apply
Experience
- 5–8 years of progressive experience in Digital and Retail Marketing
- Candidates with 5 years of experience plus an MBA will be considered

- Strong digital marketing and retail strategy development skills
- Market analysis and brand positioning expertise
- Campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking
