Position: Sales Agent

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell residential and commercial real estate units to potential customers
• Build relationships with clients and offer guidance throughout the property purchasing process
• Respond to client inquiries, provide property tours, and prepare sales presentations
• Maintain records of client contacts, sales activities, and transactions
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth
• Stay updated on real estate trends, pricing, and competitor activities
• Represent Ayat Share Company with professionalism and market insight

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields:
  • Business Administration
  • Marketing
  • Management
  • Accounting and Finance
  • Civil Engineering
  • Or other relevant disciplines from a recognized institution
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of professional experience (real estate experience preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• High customer service orientation and ability to work under pressure
• Team player with self-motivation and goal-driven attitude
