Position: IT Support Officer
Education
- TVET Level III in ICT, Computer Science, or related fields with Competency Certification.
Experience
- Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in ICT, computer science, or related IT support activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and configure hardware, operating systems, applications, printers, and scanners.
- Provide technical support to end-users in person or remotely.
- Troubleshoot IT equipment, networks, and infrastructure.
- Ensure IT systems, servers, and networks run smoothly and securely.
- Monitor, maintain, and secure systems against viruses and malware.
- Support ERP (SYSPRO) system requests and updates.
- Participate in networking installation and IT equipment distribution.
- Maintain IT devices and electronic office equipment.
- Report complex technical issues to IT Team Leader/IT Manager.
- Safeguard company data from unauthorized access.
- Perform other IT-related duties as assigned.
Purpose of the Job
The IT Support Officer will be responsible for installing, configuring, monitoring, and maintaining the company’s computer systems and networks, ensuring smooth operations and providing timely technical support to staff.
