Currently, the Bank is seeking qualified professionals to fill two key positions related to e-learning and digital content.
Position 1: E-Learning Specialist

Location: Addis Ababa
Qualifications & Experience:
- BA Degree in Instructional Design, Education, Business, Banking & Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design or e-learning within banking or financial services.
- Knowledge of LMS platforms and e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, iSpring) is an added advantage.
- Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications are a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement interactive online learning programs.
- Ensure alignment of training content with banking regulations, products, customer service, and digital initiatives.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and HR to deliver impactful digital learning.
Position 2: Content Producer and Graphic Design Officer
Vacancy Code: HO/02583/25
Location: Addis Ababa
Qualifications & Experience:
- BA Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in content production, graphic design, or multimedia creation.
- Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop multimedia content across digital and print platforms.
- Design visual materials for promotional, training, and corporate branding.
- Support the Bank’s digital presence through social media, web content, and campaigns.
- Maintain brand consistency and creativity across all projects.
