1. Branch Manager Class IV – Interest Free Banking (IFB) Branch
Education
- BA Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Banking & Finance, or Economics
Experience
- Minimum 8 years of relevant banking experience
- At least 3 years in a supervisory position
- Experience in Interest Free Banking (IFB) is preferred
Main Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, lead, and control branch banking activities
- Ensure compliance with banking procedures, rules, regulations, and standards
- Lead branch sales and customer service initiatives
- Support operational excellence
- Prepare annual budgets and operational plans
- Prepare activity and progress reports

2. Branch Manager – Class II Branch
Education
- BA Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Banking & Finance, or Economics
Experience
- Minimum 10 years of relevant banking experience
- At least 3 years in a supervisory position
Main Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, lead, and control branch banking activities
- Ensure compliance with banking procedures and regulations
- Lead sales and customer service activities
- Guide branch operational performance
- Prepare annual budgets, operational plans, and progress reports
