1. System Administrator II
Qualifications & Experience:
- BSc in Computer Science, Information Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in IT Infrastructure and System administration
- Professional certificates (RHCSA, LPIC, VCP-DCV, CCNA, MCSA, ITIL® 4) are added advantages
Job Summary:
Responsible for monitoring the overall IT ecosystem, analyzing and resolving issues, and ensuring smooth operation of the bank’s network and connected devices.

2. Data Analyst and BI Developer II
Qualifications & Experience:
- BSc in Computer Science or related fields
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in IT and banking
- Professional certifications in IT are an added advantage
Job Summary:
Manage development, implementation, and maintenance of the bank’s analytics and information management systems. Ensure data-driven decision-making, advanced data analysis, and reporting.

3. Senior – IFB Product Development Officer
Qualifications & Experience:
- BA in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields
- Minimum 6 years in banking operations, preferably in the banking sector
Job Summary:
Responsible for IFB product planning and execution, gathering customer requirements, defining product vision, analyzing market trends, and ensuring revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

4. Principal – IFB Product Development Officer
Qualifications & Experience:
- BA in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or Economics
- Minimum 6 years in banking operations, including 2 years in a senior role
Job Summary:
Lead and control the IFB product development division, oversee product lifecycle, manage cross-functional collaboration, and analyze market information to identify threats and opportunities.

5. Branch Manager – Class IV Branch
Qualifications & Experience:
- BA in Business-related fields (Masters preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of banking experience, with 3 years in a supervisory role
- Training in domestic and international banking, credit management, and leadership is an added advantage
Job Summary:
Plan, organize, lead, and control branch operations, ensure compliance with banking rules and regulations, lead sales and customer service initiatives, prepare budgets, operational plans, and reports, and maintain strong community relations.
