Vacant Positions & Requirements
1. Internship – Functional Consultant
Educational Qualification:
BSc in Computer Science or related fields
Requirements:
- CGPA above 3.5
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems

2. Intern – ERP Developer
Educational Qualification:
BSc in Computer Science or related fields
Requirements:
- CGPA above 3.5
- Basic programming knowledge (Python / Java / C# / SQL)
- Understanding of databases (MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.)
- Strong logical and analytical skills
- Good communication skills

3. Customer Success & Product Manager
Educational Qualification:
BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or related field
Experience:
- 6+ years in Product Management, Customer Success, or related roles
- Proven experience managing the full product lifecycle
- Strong customer engagement and feedback translation into product improvements
- Demonstrated success in improving retention and customer satisfaction

4. ERP Functional Consultant / Implementer
Educational Qualification:
BSc/MSc in Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related field
Experience:
- 3–5 years in ERP implementation or support roles
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Odoo, Infor, etc.

5. Product Owner
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Experience:
- 3–6 years of experience
- Proven experience as Product Owner, Scrum Master, or similar role
- Experience managing product backlogs and writing user stories

6. Project Manager
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field
Experience:
- Over 6 years managing ERP or software development projects
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

7. Senior Software Engineer
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
Experience:
- 4–6 years of professional experience
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Java, Python, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Go
- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and system design
- Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis
- Strong knowledge of Git and collaborative workflows
- Experience in performance optimization and security best practices
- Ability to mentor junior engineers

8. Development Team Leader
Educational Qualification:
BSc/MSc in Customer Service or related field
Experience:
- Above 6 years of experience
Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to mentor and motivate team members

9. Web Hosting & DevOps Engineer
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience
- Direct experience in web hosting or certification is advantageous
