JOB POSITION & REQUIREMENTS
Position 1: Customer Service Support Officer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience working as help desk or system support or similar role.
- Proficiency in ERP software platforms such as odoo ERP with configuration capability is highly advantageous.
- Previous experience in a customer support role, ideally within the ERP software industry.
Position 2: Software Sales Representative
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing and, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the software development or tech industry.
- Strong technical aptitude and understanding of online marketplaces, ERP systems, site builders, custom software development, and related technologies.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Consultative selling approach with the ability to effectively understand and address customer needs.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to establish trust and credibility with clients.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools.
- Willingness to travel, as required.
Position 3: Capability/Training Officer
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience: 2-4 years of professional experience in Human Resources, Business Management, or related fields.
Key Skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Strong analytical skills to assess training needs and measure program effectiveness.
- Proficiency in utilizing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training technology tools.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels within the organization.
- Being able to work with and motivate people at all levels of an organization.
- Being able to solve problems and negotiate.
- Being open to change and offering new ideas
