Open Positions
1. Software Sales Representative (5 positions)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Sales experience in tech/software industry preferred.
- Familiarity with ERP, online marketplaces, custom software, and site builders.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Consultative selling skills with ability to meet sales targets.
- Willingness to travel.
2. Software Sales Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or business-related fields.
- 2–3 years of technical sales experience, preferably software-related.
- Experience translating technical content for non-technical clients.
- Familiarity with proposal writing, client engagement, and negotiations.
- Experience in website sales supervision is a bonus.
3. HR Officer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ HR experience.
- Strong understanding of Ethiopian labor laws and HR practices.
- Skilled in organizing training sessions and using HRIS platforms.
4. Quality Assurance (QA) Manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
- 5+ years’ experience in QA or software testing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proficiency in testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, JIRA).
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and CI/CD environments.
5. Marketing Manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications. (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in tech/software.
- Deep understanding of the Ethiopian market.
- Experience in digital campaign management, content, and brand strategy.
- Strong leadership, Amharic and English fluency.
6. Sales Director
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years’ progressive experience in tech sales, including SaaS, ERP, and custom software.
- Strategic knowledge in business systems such as BSC.
- Familiarity with Ethiopian sales and business environments.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and build high-performing sales teams.
