JOB POSITION & REQUIREMENTS
Position: Sales Executive (Architecture Background)
Requirements
– Female candidate, below 30 years old
– Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture
– 2+ years of sales experience (architecture/engineering industry preferred)
– Fluent in English, Afan Oromo, and Amharic
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Strong organizational and time management skills
Responsibilities
– Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets
– Build relationships with potential clients, developers, contractors, and architects
– Promote architectural services, design solutions, and sustainable building practices
– Handle inquiries, proposals, and client presentations
– Collaborate with the design team to create tailored solutions
– Meet monthly sales targets
Preferred Qualifications
– Experience in the Ethiopian construction industry
– Knowledge of local building regulations and codes
– Familiarity with design software (e.g., Autodesk Revit, SketchUp)
