JOB POSITION & REQUIREMENTS

Position: Sales Executive (Female)

Requirements

– Female candidate, below 30 years old
– Fluent in English, Afan Oromo, and Amharic
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or related field
– 2+ years of sales experience (music industry preferred)
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Strong organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities

– Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets
– Build relationships with potential customers, schools, and institutions
– Promote music courses, workshops, and events
– Handle inquiries, enrollments, and customer service
– Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials
– Meet monthly sales targets

Preferred Qualifications

– Music background or interest
– Experience in the education or service industry
– Knowledge of Ethiopian culture and market
