Position 1: Junior Sales Engineer
Educational Qualification
- BSc Degree in Mechanical, Electro-Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (Power or Control preferred)
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare technical and financial proposals
- Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders
- Generate sales leads and support business development
- Participate in exhibitions and promotional events
- Travel as required for sales activities
Skills & Competencies
- Strong technical and communication skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Willingness to travel

Position 2: Senior Sales Engineer
Educational Qualification
- BSc Degree in Mechanical, Electro-Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (Power or Control preferred)
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in sales engineering or project sales
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales engineering activities and proposal presentations
- Conduct market research and prepare sales reports
- Manage customer relationships and negotiations
- Mentor and train junior sales engineers
Skills & Competencies
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Leadership and coaching ability
- Market analysis and reporting expertise

Position 3: Senior Human Capital Officer
Educational Qualification
- BA Degree in Accounting, Management, Business Administration, or related fields
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in HR or Human Capital roles
Key Responsibilities
- Manage talent acquisition and workforce planning
- Implement performance management and succession planning
- Facilitate training and development programs
- Oversee HR systems and reporting
Skills & Competencies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of human capital management systems
- Excellent report-writing skills
Duty Station: Addis Ababa
Position 4: Finance Manager
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA or equivalent certification is an advantage
Experience
- Minimum of 8 years progressive finance experience
- At least 3 years in a managerial role
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Ensure compliance with Ethiopian tax laws, IFRS & ERCA
- Lead finance team and manage audits
- Support strategic financial decision-making
Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership and financial analysis skills
- Experience with ERP systems and audits
- Tourism, travel, or service industry experience is an asset
