JOB POSITION & REQUIREMENTS
Position: Program Assistant – Integrated Digital Youth Activities (Vodafone) project
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, ICT, Computer Science, Project Management, Economics, Development studies, Social Sciences or related fields.
Required Experiences:
- Fresh graduate and internship experience implementing development programs (e.g., youth development, health, economic empowerment, and education). Experience working in IYA is a plus;
- Experience in project design, project management, training and capacity building.
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and diplomacy, particularly related to negotiation and conflict management in a multi-stakeholder environment is required;
- Ability to travel outside of Addis upon request
- Female youth are encouraged to apply.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong interpersonal communication, presentation, teamwork, and analytical skills;
- Excellent written and oral English and Amharic language and communication skills with a variety of audiences including business, government, the general public and the media;
- Strong IT literacy and skill
