Vacant Positions & Requirements

1. Intern – Pfizer Project

Educational Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Public Health, Clinical Nursing, or equivalent education

Skills Required:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in organizing workshops, trainings, and meetings at community, health facility, and woreda levels
  • Facilitate financial and administrative procedures (including logistics) for trainings, meetings, and workshops
  • Support the Pfizer project team in documenting training, meeting, and workshop reports
  • Compile and track training data on online databases
  • Participate in project team meetings and document minutes
  • Prepare and submit procurement plans to the project officer and follow up on status
  • Assist in other project implementation processes as assigned

Location: Arba Minch, Ethiopia

2. Intern – Community Facilitator – NAGAA Project

Educational Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Public Health, Clinical Nursing, or equivalent education

Skills Required:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Spoken and written fluency in English, Oromiffa, and Amharic

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in organizing workshops, trainings, and meetings at community, health facility, and woreda levels
  • Facilitate financial and administrative procedures (including logistics) for trainings, meetings, and workshops
  • Support the NAGAA project team in documenting training, meeting, and workshop reports
  • Compile and track training data on online databases
  • Participate in project team meetings and document minutes
  • Prepare and submit procurement plans to the project officer and follow up on status
  • Assist in other project implementation processes as assigned

Location: Borena (Guchi and Miyo Weredas), Ethiopia
