1. Customer Service Executive – I (Fresh Graduate)
- Qualifications: BA in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Management, Economics, Marketing, Banking & Finance, or related fields
- Experience: Not Required
- National Exit Exam: Pass mark required
- Location: Mekelle
- Role Purpose: Deliver front-line customer service and promote bank products to enhance customer satisfaction and deposit mobilization.
2. Messenger & Cleaner – I
- Qualifications: Completed Grade 10th/12th
- Experience: 2 years in a related role
- Age: 18–35 years
- Location: Mekelle
3. Customer Service Executive – II
- Qualifications: BA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, or related fields
- Experience: 1 year in CSO, CSR, CSE, or related position
- Location: Mekelle
4. Internal Control Officer I
- Qualifications: BA in Business Management, Accounting, Economics, or related fields
- Experience: 2 years in banking
- Location: Mekelle
5. Senior Customer Service Officer – Cash
- Qualifications: BA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields
- Experience: 3 years in similar banking roles
- Location: Mekelle
6. Branch Manager Grade – I
- Qualifications: BA in Business Management, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related fields
- Experience: 7 years in banking, including 1 year as Assistant Branch Manager/CSM or 2 years as a Senior Officer
- Location: Mekelle
