Open Positions
1. Junior Accountant
- Education: BA Degree in Accounting & Finance or Accounting.
- Experience: Not required.
- Key Duties: Assist with financial record-keeping, data entry, and reporting.
- Workplace: Addis Ababa.
2. Research & Development Specialist
- Education: BSc/BA in Economics, Business, Marketing, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience: 0–1 year (market study, feasibility analysis, or product innovation preferred).
- Workplace: Addis Ababa.
3. Brand Representative
- Education: BA in Marketing Management, Business Management, Economics, or related fields.
- Experience: 0–1 year (sales or brand ambassador experience preferred).
- Workplace: Addis Ababa.
4. Cashier Accountant (SM)
- Education: Level IV or above in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in cashier or accounting roles.
- Main Role: Operate cash register, ensure accurate transactions, maintain customer service standards.
- Workplace: Addis Ababa.
5. Business Intelligence Specialist
- Education: BSc/BA in Economics, Business, Marketing, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience: 3–4 years in R&D, market research, or product development.
- Workplace: Addis Ababa.
6. Digital Marketing Specialist
- Education: BA or BSc in related fields.
- Experience: 2+ years in digital marketing, with skills in:
- Graphic design & content creation (static, video, animation)
- Tools: Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, Premiere Pro
- SEO, email marketing, web analytics.
- Workplace: Addis Ababa.
