About AMG Steel Factory
AMG Steel Factory, established in 2010 G.C., is one of Ethiopia’s leading steel manufacturers and suppliers. The company produces and distributes galvanized ribbed sheets, color-coated profiles, corrugated sheets, nails, and other wire products, with a strong presence in the national steel market.
Currently, AMG Steel Factory employs over 1,000 staff, managed by 25+ experienced senior managers under the leadership of its General Director. The company continues to expand its operations and is now seeking qualified professionals to fill multiple positions.
Available Positions
1. Junior Accountant
- Education: BA Degree in Accounting & Finance or related field.
- Experience: Not required.
- Duties: Support the accounting team in record-keeping and financial reporting.
2. Research & Development Specialist
- Education: BSc/BA in Economics, Business, Marketing, Statistics, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: 0–1 year (market research, feasibility studies, or product innovation experience is a plus).
3. Brand Representative
- Education: BA in Marketing Management, Business Management, Economics, or related field.
- Experience: 0–1 year (sales, brand ambassador, or related experience preferred).
4. Cashier Accountant (SM)
- Education: Level IV or above in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience: At least 2 years in cashier/accounting roles.
- Duties: Operate cash register and perform cashier/customer service procedures.
5. Business Intelligence Specialist
- Education: BSc/BA in Economics, Business, Marketing, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience: 3–4 years in R&D, market research, or product development.
6. Digital Marketing Specialist
- Education: BA/BSc in related fields.
- Experience: 2+ years in digital marketing.
- Skills Required: Graphic design, content creation (static, video, animated), SEO, email marketing, web analytics.
- Tools: Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, Premiere Pro.
