1. Housekeeping (HK) Supervisor
Educational Qualification
- Diploma or specialized certificate in Housekeeping Service, Laundry Service, Hotel Service, or Hotel Operations.
Work Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of housekeeping supervisory experience.
- Experience in star-rated hotels, luxury serviced apartments, resorts, or chain hotels.
Required Skills and Responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Experience in room inspections, deep cleaning, and turndown services.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemical safety and proper handling.
- Ability to manage linen, guest amenities, and cleaning supplies.
- Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS), such as Opera.
- Supervise housekeeping operations, assign tasks, train staff, and inspect guest rooms and common areas.
- Ensure luxury cleanliness standards and compliance with safety procedures.

2. Reservation Agent
Educational Qualification
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Front Office Operations, or a related field.
Work Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in reservations or front desk coordination.
- Experience in star-rated hotels, resorts, or premium serviced apartments using Property Management Systems.
Required Skills and Responsibilities
- Proficiency in reservation management and PMS software.
- Excellent communication skills in Amharic and English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Process room bookings, manage availability and cancellations, and maintain accurate guest records.
- Coordinate guest preferences and arrival arrangements with housekeeping and guest relations teams.
- Communicate with corporate clients, embassy representatives, and guests.
- Maintain confidentiality of VIP and diplomatic guest information.

Educational Qualification

Required Skills and Responsibilities
- Knowledge of CCTV monitoring, surveillance, access control, and visitor verification.
- Familiarity with fire alarm monitoring and emergency response.

- Protect residents, visitors, and property assets.
- Conduct regular security patrols and monitor security equipment.

- Experience in star-rated hotels, luxury apartments, premium corporate hospitality, or long-stay accommodation services.
Required Skills and Responsibilities
- Strong sales negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in corporate account management and customer relationship development.
- Knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS) or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools is an advantage.
- Identify and secure corporate clients, embassy accounts, and premium accommodation customers.
- Arrange property viewings for potential VIP clients.
- Negotiate corporate lease agreements and manage renewals.
- Develop long-term relationships with institutional and business clients.
- Maintain client confidentiality and support occupancy growth.
