Educational Qualification

Applicants should have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field from a recognized university.

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must:

• Have a minimum CGPA of 3.00.
• Be fluent in the English language.
• Ability to speak additional foreign languages is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

The Sales Assistant will be responsible for:

• Greeting customers and providing friendly, knowledgeable assistance.
• Responding to customer inquiries about products, pricing, promotions, and services.
• Assisting customers in locating products and making suitable recommendations.
• Processing sales transactions efficiently.
• Maintaining clean, organized, and attractive product displays.
• Monitoring stock levels and informing supervisors when replenishment is required.
• Working closely with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
• Complying with company policies and duty-free shop regulations.
• Staying updated on new products, promotions, and sales campaigns.
• Providing an enjoyable shopping experience for customers.
• Working flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
• Following workplace health and safety procedures.
• Maintaining complete product knowledge, including product quality, sizes, and pricing.
• Responding to customer requests promptly and professionally.
• Participating in company training programs.
• Performing other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
