About AL-MAHI Trading PLC
AL-MAHI Trading PLC is seeking motivated and target-oriented professionals to join its sales team. Successful candidates will be responsible for expanding sales, developing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving assigned sales targets.
1. Sales Officer
Education and Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Sales and Marketing, Management, or a related field from a recognized institution
- Previous sales experience is preferred
- Experience in FMCG, pharmaceutical, consumer products, distribution, or related businesses is an advantage
- Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales potential may also be considered
Skills and Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good customer service and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and results-driven
- Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Knowledge of the Addis Ababa market is an advantage
- Basic computer skills and good reporting ability
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
- Fluency in Amharic
- Knowledge of additional Ethiopian languages is an advantage

2. Sales & Product Promoter
Education
- BSc in Pharmacy or Nutrition from a recognized university
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in pharmaceutical sales, nutrition product sales, medical/product promotion, pharmacy-related sales, FMCG, or a similar position
Skills and Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good sales and negotiation skills
- Customer-oriented and target-driven
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Good understanding of pharmaceutical and/or nutritional products
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision
- Good reporting and basic computer skills
- Ability and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
- Fluency in Amharic and Afaan Oromo is an advantage
- Knowledge of the Dire Dawa market is an advantage
