Position: Customer Service Officer I
Ahadu Bank is looking for an energetic and service-oriented professional to join its branch network in Addis Ababa. The role involves delivering quality customer service, handling cash and non-cash transactions, maintaining accounts, and responding to client inquiries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide front office customer service support at the branch.
- Handle account maintenance, payments, and collections.
- Process cash and non-cash transactions accurately.
- Address customer requests and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with the bank’s policies and operational standards.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience in a recognized bank.
Required Competencies
- Good understanding of general financial products and services.
- Knowledge of banking procedures and accounting principles.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Familiarity with core banking systems.
