Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields of study
Experience Requirements
- Fresh graduates only
- Must be a 2018 E.C. graduate
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5 or above
Job Overview
The Trainee Banker program is designed for fresh graduates to develop practical banking knowledge and professional skills. Trainees receive hands-on experience by rotating through different banking functions, including:
- Teller operations
- Customer service
- Account management
- General banking operations
- Financial products and services
Successful trainees are prepared for permanent positions such as Junior Banker or Customer Service Officer.
