Aggar Micro Finance S.C is the first commercial private microfinance institution in Ethiopia, established under Proclamation No. 40/96 (currently replaced by Proclamation No. 626/2009). The institution serves the “missing middle” by providing credit and saving services in both urban and rural areas. Position Details – Senior Customer Service Officer
- Qualification: MA/BA in Economics, Management, Accounting, Banking & Finance, or related field
- Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in related positions
- Key Competencies:
- Knowledge of microfinance products and services
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and software
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to microfinance
- Excellent communication skills to address customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Patience and empathy when dealing with diverse customer backgrounds
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Duty Station: East & South West District Offices, Ethiopia
