As we expand our network across Ethiopia, we are looking for reliable and business-oriented Agents to join our team in key cities and towns.
Position: Agents
This role is ideal for individuals who already own or manage shops/offices in key urban centers and have the capacity to support delivery operations through their own transportation means.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main liaison between Fast Time Express and customers in your local area
- Handle pick-up and delivery of packages using your own vehicle or Bajaj
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Identify and pursue local business opportunities
- Promote and represent Fast Time Express’s brand and services in your region
Qualifications
- Must have an existing shop or office located in a city center
- Must own a vehicle or Bajaj suitable for transporting items
- Previous experience in logistics, shipping, or courier services preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
