Position: Sales & Customer Service
AddisFly is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented female candidate for this role. The position is responsible for sales operations, customer service, and business development, ensuring accurate data entry into the ERP system while building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service assistance, handling inquiries and ensuring client satisfaction
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the travel and related sectors
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships with existing and potential clients
- Conduct customer needs assessments and provide tailored solutions using company products and services
- Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to showcase services
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies
- Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and contracts
- Accurately input and maintain sales data in the ERP system
- Coordinate between sales, finance, and management teams
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and enhance brand visibility
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitors to refine sales strategies
- Maintain sales reporting and communicate progress to management
Qualifications & Requirements
- BA degree in Marketing, Tourism Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in sales or marketing; travel industry experience is highly desirable
- Experience with GDS systems (Galileo, Amadeus/Sabre) is an advantage
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, social media tools)
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and relationship management skills
