Position: IT – Graduate Trainee
AdIB is looking for energetic, fast-learning, and motivated fresh graduates who are passionate about building a professional career in Information Technology. This program is designed to shape future IT specialists who will support the Bank’s digital ecosystem and technological growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Computer Science
- Computer Engineering
- Information Technology
- MIS
- Or closely related fields
- Graduation Year: 2025 (G.C)
- CGPA: 2.50 and above
- Exit Exam: 50% and above
IT Graduate Trainee Program Overview
The Graduate Trainee Program (GTP) is a structured one-year development program designed to prepare young professionals for future leadership and technical roles within AdIB’s Information Technology Department.
Under close supervision from unit heads, trainees will:
- Support daily IT operations across different departments
- Participate in improvement and automation initiatives
- Build technical and cross-functional skills required in modern banking systems
- Develop specialization in areas such as hardware support, systems administration, cybersecurity, or software support
- Advance to the next job level automatically upon successful program completion
This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain practical experience in a dynamic, tech-driven banking environment.
