Position 1: General Service Officer (Entry-Level)
Education:
- BA Degree in Management or related fields
Experience: - 0–1 year of relevant experience in general service administration
Responsibilities Include: - Internal collaboration across departments
- Coordination with suppliers, vendors, and government offices
- Timely delivery of reports and service-related deliverables
Position 2: Internal Auditor
Education:
- BA Degree in Accounting and Finance or related fields
Experience: - Minimum of 4 years in auditing, preferably in a real estate or similar sector
Key Focus Areas: - Investigative audits and financial reporting
- Liaison with financial agencies and government offices
- Enhancing internal audit quality and timeliness
Position 3: Training and Development Specialist
Education:
- BA or MBA in Management or related field
Experience: - Minimum of 7 years (or 5 years with MBA), with 2+ years focused on training
Skills Required: - Expertise in training design and delivery
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to implement training frameworks
