Position 1: Senior Network Engineer

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in:
  • Information Technology (IT)
  • Computer Science
  • Computer Engineering
  • Electrical Engineering
  • Or other closely related fields

Experience

• Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the banking industry.
• At least 2 years must be in an Officer position.

Job Overview

The Senior Network Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, operating, and maintaining the Bank’s enterprise network infrastructure. The role ensures secure, reliable, and highly available network connectivity across the Head Office, branches, digital banking platforms, and external service providers. The successful candidate will also support the Bank’s Primary and Disaster Recovery (DR) Data Centers.

Duty Station: Head Office, Addis Ababa

Position 2: Manager, SME and Cooperatives Relationship Division

Educational Qualification

• Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in:
  • Accounting & Finance
  • Management
  • Economics
  • Or other closely related fields

Experience

Master’s Degree Holders

• Minimum 6 years of relevant banking experience.
• At least 2 years as a Principal Officer, or
• 3 years as a Senior Officer.

Bachelor’s Degree Holders

• Minimum 8 years of relevant banking experience.
• At least 3 years as a Principal Officer, or
• 4 years as a Senior Officer.

Job Overview

The Division Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and supervising Customer Relationship Management (CRM) activities for Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) and Cooperative customers. The role focuses on expanding the Bank’s SME and Cooperative customer base, improving customer satisfaction, promoting digital CRM solutions, and leading the performance of relationship management teams.

Duty Station: Head Office, Addis Ababa
