Open Positions
1. Accountant
Location: Addis Ababa
Employment Type: Full-time
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2–4 years of relevant experience (hospital experience preferred)
- Proficient in accounting software (Peachtree) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
- High attention to detail, strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
2. General Practitioner (GP)
Location: Addis Ababa
Employment Type: Full-time
Minimum Qualifications:
- Medical degree from an accredited university/college
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
- Valid professional license
- Certificate in BLS and ACLS
- Passed National Competency Exit Exam (≥ 51%)
- Required Skills:
- Solid knowledge of clinical protocols and patient care standards
- Competence in patient assessment and treatment of common illnesses
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Computer literacy
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
3. Radiologist
Location: Addis Ababa
Employment Type: Full-time
Minimum Qualifications:
- MD in Radiology from an accredited medical university
- At least 2 years of experience post-specialization
- Valid professional license
Required Skills:
- Expert in diagnostic imaging: X-ray, CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Mammography
- Knowledge of radiology software and imaging safety protocols
- Strong clinical integration and decision-making skills
- Capable of preparing clear and concise radiology reports
- Team player with effective communication skills
- English fluency (spoken and written)
- Additional experience in training and research is a plus
