JOB POSITION & REQUIREMENTS
Position: CCTV Camera Operator
➠ Education : 12th/10th Grade complete; with IT Essential Skill Training certificate, with basic police/military training certificate.
➠ Experience : At least 3 years working in security camera monitoring (CCTV Camera) position, it is preferable to have work experience in military/police.
➠ Purpose of the Job : Protecting the bank from various crimes, robbery, theft and other illegal activities.
Detailed functions
➠ Monitoring the overall security of the building from the control room with a physical security monitoring camera (CCTV camera).
➠ Monitor and control that the property of the bank, employees and customers are properly protected with a physical security monitoring camera (CCTV camera) from the control room.
➠ Continuous monitoring and control work with cameras in the work areas that need to be protected with special attention.
➠ Record all crime and accident incidents with a camera and keep them properly, report the information immediately to the security management/security supervisor.
➠ Proper handling of information collected by physical security surveillance cameras.
➠ Proper maintenance of assets used for physical security monitoring (computers, televisions, communication radios, etc.)
➠ In case of poor quality of physical security surveillance cameras and transmission problems, immediately inform security staff.
➠ When the Security Manager approves confidential information, provide the information to the requesting party.
➠ Perform other related tasks assigned by immediate supervisor.
