Educational Qualification
Applicants should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experience
- No prior work experience is required.
- Fresh graduates with strong practical and technical skills are encouraged to apply.
Required Technical Knowledge
Candidates should have basic knowledge of:
- Windows operating systems
- Microsoft Office applications
- Computer hardware
- Networking
- SQL and databases
- Programming
- IT troubleshooting
- System administration
Additional Advantage:
- Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics NAV/ERP is an advantage.

Job Purpose
The Junior IT Support Officer will provide day-to-day technical support to users while assisting with the development, maintenance, and administration of the Group’s IT systems and services.
The position will support:
- First-line technical support for end users across the Group
- Application development and maintenance
- Microsoft Dynamics NAV support
- System administration
- IT system and service maintenance
- Development and testing of internal applications
- Modification and implementation of applications
- Maintenance of internal applications and integrations
- Troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues
This position is suitable for a motivated IT graduate who wants to gain practical experience in technical support, application development, ERP systems, and system administration.
