Abbahawa Trading PLC is one of Ethiopia’s established coffee exporting companies. Since 2006, the company has been exporting premium Ethiopian coffee beans to international markets. It operates modern coffee processing and cleaning facilities equipped with advanced Bühler color sorting technology, along with multiple washing stations and dry mill cleaning plants located in Bule Hora, Guji, and Yirgacheffe.
The company is currently inviting qualified and competent applicants for the following position.
Position: Reception (Customer Service Officer)
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in:
- Marketing
- Hotel Management
- Related fields
Experience
- Fresh Graduates (0 years) are encouraged to apply.
- Up to 2 years of related work experience.
Required Skills
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Professional interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle visitors and customer inquiries.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Basic computer skills.
