Available Positions
1. Salesman (Female) – Van Sales
Qualifications:
- High school graduate
- Minimum six months of sales or cashier experience
- Knowledge of sales techniques, retail processes, and customer service principles
- Familiarity with inventory stocking and basic mathematics
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build trusting relationships
- Flexibility to work various shifts and perform in fast-paced environments
- Willingness to learn and adapt
Location: Addis Ababa
2. Customer Service Officer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Finance, Accounting & Finance, Business Management, Marketing, or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
- Experience using Microsoft Office and ERP software
- Knowledge of Mobile Banking and telebirr operations
Personal Attributes:
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving skills and commitment to customer service
- Friendly attitude and time management skills

3. Quality Control & Quality Assurance Officer (2 Positions)
Educational Background:
- BA/BSc Degree or Diploma in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Science, or related field
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a food factory
Additional Requirements:
- Good timekeeping, attendance, and performance track record
- Proficiency in standard inspection equipment (calipers, micrometers, gages, comparators)
- Strong analytical, creative, and interpersonal communication skills
- Fluent in English, Amharic, and Afaan Oromoo
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office)
