- BA Degree in Management, Accounting & Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year
Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong analytical and communication skills
2. Junior Cashier Accountant
Location: Addis Ababa Branches
Grade: V
Education:
- BA Degree in Accounting & Finance or related field
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year
Requirements:
- MS Office proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
3. Accountant I
Location: Head Office
Grade: VI
Education:
- BA Degree in Accounting & Finance
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years as Accountant
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and coordination skills
- MS Office proficiency
4. Branch Manager I
Location: Addis Ababa Branches
Grade: X
Required Number: 2
Education:
- BA/MA/MSc in Management, Business Administration, Accounting & Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related fields
Experience:
- BA: Minimum 6 years (4 years in senior role)
- MA/MSc: Minimum 4 years (2 years in senior role)
Requirements:
- Leadership and coordination skills
- MS Office proficiency
5. Life Business Department Director
Location: Head Office
Grade: XIV
Education:
- BA/MA/MSc in Management, Accounting & Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
Experience:
- BA: Minimum 10 years (7 years in managerial role)
- MA/MSc: Minimum 8 years (5 years in managerial role)
Special Requirement:
- LOMA Certification required
- Strong leadership and strategic skills
