JOB POSITION & REQUIREMENTS
Position 1: Customer Service Officer -II
Education and Experience: BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Banking & Finance, Accounting & Finance, Economics, and Marketing field of study with 0(Zero) year work experience and graduated in 2023 and 2024 G.C only; Applicants shall passed the national exit examination.
- CGPA: 2.5 and above for female applicants & 2.75 and above for male applicants
- Age: 18-28 years old.

Position 2: Customer Service Officer-III
Education and Experience: BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Banking & Finance, Accounting & Finance, Economics, and Marketing field of study with 1(One) year work experience in banking operations and the applicant must be currently working in banks.
Position 3: Branch Manager – Grade – 1
Education and Experience: BA Degree in Management/ Economics/ Accounting & Finance/ Marketing/ Banking & Finance/ Business Administration or other business related field of study with 6(Six) years’ work experience in banking operations, out of which 2(two) year in supervisory position.
Place of Work: Branches under Addis Ababa Districts, Assosa Branch
