Available Positions
Position 1: Customer Service Officer-II
Required Education & Experience:
- BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Banking & Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related fields
- 6 months banking experience (must currently be working in a bank)
- Age: Below 30 years
Place of Work: Branches under Tigray Region
Position 2: Human Capital Management Officer
(Performance Management & Succession Planning Division)
Required Education & Experience:
- BA Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or Public Administration
- Minimum 3 years related HR experience
Place of Work: Head Office
Position 3: Customer Service Supervisor – Grade 1
Required Education & Experience:
- BA Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Accounting & Finance, or related fields
- Minimum 3 years banking experience
Place of Work: Meti (ሜጢ) Branch, Gambella area
Position 4: Senior IFB Resource Mobilization Officer
Required Education & Experience:
- BA Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Accounting & Finance or related fields
- Minimum 4 years banking experience, including 2 years in Interest Free Banking
Place of Work: Head Office
Position 5: Senior Accountant
Required Education & Experience:
- BA in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, or other related fields
- Minimum 4 years experience in Finance Department or Tax Authority
- Knowledge of financial regulations and tax laws
- IFRS/ACCA certifications advantageous
Place of Work: Head Office
Position 6: Branch Manager – Grade 1
Required Education & Experience:
- BA in Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration or related fields
- 6 years banking experience, including 2 years in supervisory role
Place of Work: Meti (ሜጢ) Branch, Gambella area
