Position: Branch Manager – Grade 1
Required Qualification:
- BA Degree in one of the following fields:
- Management
- Economics
- Accounting & Finance
- Marketing
- Banking & Finance
- Business Administration
- Or any other related business field
Required Experience:
- 6 years of relevant experience in banking operations
- Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage branch operations with a focus on performance and compliance
- Supervise staff, ensure efficient customer service delivery, and oversee financial transactions
- Achieve branch targets across deposit mobilization, loan disbursement, and profitability
- Uphold risk management, regulatory compliance, and internal control standards
- Foster strong customer relationships and represent the bank within the local business community
