1. Junior Auditor
- Education: BA/BSc/MA/MBA in Accounting & related fields
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in the Insurance sector
- Location: Addis Ababa
2. Customer Complaint Officer I
- Education: BA in Business, Finance, Law, Accounting, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in the Insurance sector, including 1 year as Junior Officer
- Location: Addis Ababa
3. Principal Legal Officer
- Education: LLB/LLM
- Experience: Minimum 7 years, including 2 years as Senior Legal Officer
- Location: Addis Ababa
4. Senior Graphics Design & Digital Marketing Officer
- Education: BA in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Communication, or related fields
- Experience: Minimum 3 years, including 1 year as Junior Officer
- Location: Addis Ababa
5. Strategy & Business Development Division Head
- Education: BA in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Experience: Minimum 8 years (Insurance/financial institutions experience advantageous)

- Experience: Minimum 5 years, including 1 year as Claim Officer II

11. Branch Manager
