1. Customer Service Officer – I

Education Requirements:

• BA Degree in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, or related fields

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant banking experience

Location: Adama

2. Front Desk Attendant (Receptionist)

Education Requirements:

• Diploma in Hotel Management

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent front desk reception services
• Serve food and beverages to guests
• Perform versatile and customer-oriented receptionist duties

Required Skills:

• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to multitask effectively

Location: Addis Ababa

3. Security Guard

Education Requirements:

• Minimum Grade 10 completion

Gender: Male
Age: 25–40 years

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Military or Police Training Certificate required

Additional Requirements:

• Healthy mental and physical condition
• Ability to serve customers
• Free from any addiction

Location: Addis Ababa

4. Driver I

Education Requirements:

• Grade 10 completion
• Valid Grade 3 Driving License

Experience:

• Minimum 4 years of relevant driving experience

Additional Requirements:

• Proper knowledge of Ethiopian Transport Authority rules and regulations
• Ability to properly maneuver assigned vehicle
• Communication and problem-solving skills
